Easy process and very accommodating
I am a Five Star Member with Hertz. I was using points for rental of a compact car @ PBI. The car provided was so bad I returned it after two hrs. Thank goodness the agent heard my complaint & accepted my return without question and placed me in a brand new compact car. The 3 star rating is for placing me In car that shouldn't be a rental in the first place. The agent redeemed my use of Hertz by providing exceptional customer service.
