Arrived on the Hertz shuttle, found my name on the Hertz Gold board, found my car (it was new, only 64 miles) and drove out - it was that easy. I needed to extend a day so I called Hertz and they took care of updating my reservation immediately.
Expected a Ford Explorer got a crappy Dodge Journey, told it is comparable. In who's world. Back Up cameras, sensors and ride. No comparison and the ride and seat comfort were non-existent. Beware of bait and switch.
