Easy pickup and return; good value!
I do recommend a shuttle service to the Southwest side of airport. It is too far a walk with luggage and children. The $15 hertz ride I think is way too much since there is no rental car shuttle at New Orleans airport.

Great rental experience. Exit line was backed up so another agent opened another lane.
No "upgrades" or different cars were available online. The Gold desk helped me get into an upgrade, but it took almost an hour. Very pleased with my rental. Also I didn't have time to wait for someone to check in my car when I returned. I noticed the car was checked almost 2 hours after I left it. I didn't get an additional charge, so it doesn't matter.

Easy in and out. Upgraded auto with XM radio. Clean. The exit service staff friendly.
I'm a hertz golf member, but I did not receive confirmation of my car prior to arrival, nor was my name on the bored. This has happen multiple times. Other then that it was good.
