Didn't have the car I reserved they "overbooked". But the upgraded me after being delayed an hour! They get a 4 for trying to fix the problem caused by their greedy corporation.
When picking up my vehicle I was having challenges with the pull mechanism I use for transporting my son. One of your associates, a young African American lady, really petite with gold highlights (I believe); saw me struggling. This young lady came over to assist me. I insisted that I was ok and she insisted to help me. She asked if I was picking up a vehicle and if so what was my slot number. Easy check in and out but I was disappointed in quality of truck. The truck had scratches all over it and was expecting something a little nicer than a Nissan Frontier. At least give me an F150.

I was originally given a car with marks on it that I feared were damage. It turned out they were from protective coverings and should have been cleaned up before the car was put into service. I was given a replacement car that still had one mark, but we noted it on the contract.
