Good: beautiful facility you can walk to!--no need to climb on a van. I made my reservation 5 minutes before I got there, when I discovered New Orleans doesn't offer Uber. When I arrived at the desk, my car was already waiting for me, with my name in lights. Bad: needs a BIG sign warning you to bring in your gas receipt to prove you gassed up. I spent just $2.45 to fill up the tank a couple of blocks away right before I returned the car, but the machine's printer wasn't working and didn't print out a receipt. As a result, I... read more
