Staff was friendly quick and simple
I rent from Hertz just about every week. I went to pick up a car from the New Orleans airport and car they gave me had over 50,000 miles. It was dirty, gas was not refilled, and the car had dents all over it. The check engin light was on and a tire was showing to be low. When I told the gate agent about the list of issues she told me to bring it up when I returned the car. I believe that it is time for me to explore the other rental companies. Let me know if you have any recommendations.
