Client service was friendly and professional and very accommodating
We missed our flight with a party of six. Hertz was our salvation for a car ride to Tampa from Miami . We all needed to be back at work the next day . Hertz provided us with a van instantly and we were saved. Also the person at the Gold counter was most friendly and supportive in spite of a credit card issue which was resolved with an alternate payment. Our hats off to Hertz! I recommend you to be a Gold Member if you enjoy special services. That's why I always rent with Hertz.
Despite a delayed flight and chaos trying to get through Immigration and Customs, the staff were very understanding and we had the usual excellent service.
Great staff and service on the Platinum team.
