My car was ready for me when I got there as I'm a gold member... However I reserved a compact since I was on a short trip on my way to check out the car was smelling horrible I felt dirty in the car so the guy at check out allowed me to return it and change for another cleaner vehicle... Overall my experience with hertz is always good... The only thing I wish I can get better discounts as I'm a gold member or a nice van at a reasonable choice...
Easy to use
Nice facility. Hertz Gold was perfect. Only negative, it's a bit of a hike from baggage claim... Especially when a number of the moving walkways are broken.
