As a gold member, the car was not ready when I arrived and I had to wait for 30 minutes. In addition, my wife was affected by the smell of cigarette smoke in the car received. Is it possible to place a mark on my account to indicate that I should only get a non-smoking vehicle?

I donât usually care to write reviews but my last experience well warrants it. And since I see so many negative reviews here I think I should point out a quality experience. I rented on Expedia as itâs the only way I could get a decent rate at the hotel I wanted so I just added the car there. I usually receive an alert when I land that includes the stall # for the vehicle but I didnât this time (later found out itâs because I didnât book directly).
