Everything was excellent except for the assistant requesting to sight the fuel receipt. In the past, as a Gold Member, all that was required was my verbal assurance that the fuel used had been replaced.
Great location and personnel. My Jeep Patriot was a piece of junk. So much road noise I got a head ache and couldn't hear the radio.

Upon my arrival on 18 Dec 2015, the Hertz Gold booth in Jacksonville. FL was closed as I discovered after I had dragged my two pieces of luggage outside, I went back inside and asked the lady what happened. Apparently, not enough employees came to work to man both locations. On 21 Dec 2015 during the car return, remaining charges went to my American Express instead of my Master Card.
