Hertz Jacksonville is always professional. The cars are always clean and ready as reserved. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. We have rented here over ten times in the last two years and have never had any problems. It is a pleasure dealing with the staff and one of the highlights of our arrival in jacksonville
The car was exactly what we requested and needed and was spotless. The only issue is the second seat came off the railing it is attached to while we were moving it and there was not one Hertz employee in the garage to help. We asked the woman in the Hertz booth and she said there was no one to call. Odd right? It took the guys 10 Minutes to Maneuver it back on again.
