The staff at jacksonville r very professional and friendly. The Cars r always ready and clean. U will be pleased with the entire process when u rent from hertz at jacksonville airport.
All went as it should go- a well-run Hertz location.
The Gold Club desk is very inconvenient compared to other airports I have used. There were no customers at the desk in the terminal as I passed it end up standing in line upon reaching the Gold desk in the garage. I thought avoiding lines was the reason for being a member.
