The McCarran Airport Hertz location is one of the best I've experienced in the country
Great. It was easy and quick.
At checkin. It was a swift process with no lines and prompt service. At the rental car return (not at the counter,) I was not aware of the under 70 miles policy where you had to show a receipt for fulling up with gas. Otherwise there would be a surcharge. I paid the gas in cash and I told the guy before he checked me out that I could go back to the gas station where I got the gas to get the receipt. He said it was too late and the guy who checked me out shrugged and said "it's our policy" as if he didn't want to hear... read more
Auto muy bueno, trato adecuado al llegar
The only issue is requiring a fuel slip with minimal miles. They did not clearly communicate this new change. I had to drive out and go get the fuel receipt or pay 13.99 charge. That sucked!!!
Always friendly and the cars are relatively clean.
