Rented brand new Mazda 3; no issues, easy pick-up/drop-off. Good price, too

Reserved a midsize car. Car smelled like smoke so we exchanged for another car. Asked for a UBS port in the car but was not accommodated. I have rented from hertz exclusively for years but finding it more difficult to stay with this company.
