Really great service, easy pick up and return
Reserved a midsize car. Car smelled like smoke so we exchanged for another car. Asked for a UBS port in the car but was not accommodated. I have rented from hertz exclusively for years but finding it more difficult to stay with this company.

Great service - fast and courteous. Counter staff was polite and had my keys ready upon arrival. Car was clean and garage was well kept. Could use better signage in the garage - it was very small and hard to read and follow.
