The worst experience renting a car of my life!!! I booked a reservation for a family member flying in for a family emergency and paid for the car with my card on file - I am a Gold card member. They put my cousin on as the primary driver and confirmed my reservation. When he showed up they would not give him the car as he did not book it. I asked that they give him the same rate as it was their mix up they said no - I asked to speak to a manager and they hung up on me. Better if picking up keys at gold desk would have been faster. Agent was dealing with angry customer which caused delay
