The service was good. All add sections were carefully explained. The reps Lee and Jerry helped make the car search easy
Super easy car buying experience.
The experience at the dealership was good but follow-up not good at all. I had to call them regarding something after purchase and the person I spoke to was rude. I emailed them later because I got a letter from the financer of my trade-in saying that my payment was overdue. They never replied. I also emailed them about not receiving my title and registration (after 2 months) and have not heard back from them regarding that either.
The staff was very nice and responded quickly.
