The service was good. All add sections were carefully explained. The reps Lee and Jerry helped make the car search easy
The experience at the dealership was good but follow-up not good at all. I had to call them regarding something after purchase and the person I spoke to was rude. I emailed them later because I got a letter from the financer of my trade-in saying that my payment was overdue. They never replied. I also emailed them about not receiving my title and registration (after 2 months) and have not heard back from them regarding that either.
The car in question had already been sold but the associate I spoke with wasn't very interested in speaking with me at all! He sounded bored and very uninterested in speaking with me. Not very professional at all.

My experience with this dealership was awesome! Billy was a pleasure to work with, he went out of his way to make the whole experience great. The car was as described and sparkling clean! I highly recommend this dealership!
