Had to call twice to finally talk with the sales rep (I forget his name). The Rav4 was already sold and he seemed totally uninterested in talking with me. Didn't have a good command of English and seem to be a poor representative of you company.

My experience with Hertz Car Sales was pretty basic. I had my finances in order when I visit them. I test drove the car and filled out my paper work. The detailing of the car could of been much better. I took the car to have it detail once I was done. Nice workers but basic experience with this dealer.

The dealership was a mixed experience. They say it will be quick, but 3-5 hours there two different times to buy the vehicle was disappointing and annoying. They were nice but understaffed. We finally bought a pretty nice SUV, spent a good amount (almost 40K) and since then we never received any paperwork regarding the auto loan they did. I did not act quickly and the car was sold. No fault of the dealer, they contacted me to set an appointment.
I called this dealer about the Nissan Altima for sale and asked about the actual price and they would not give me any answers. It made me believe this internet price was bait and switch. I am now seeing the same car now for 2k over the original price. They lied to me.
