Very prompt to answer questions. Problem was that the vehicle was not a AWD.

Unprofessional, car lot xo crowded there was no where to park and the rep couldn't find the car. This is the second Hertz I have gone to in the last two weeks. I will never go in to another one nor would I recommend them.

I called to inquire about a 2017 Subaru Legacy. Chad answered all my questions with ease and was very professional and helpful. There was no photo of the Subaru as it was getting detailed from just arriving. Chad sent photos to my phone to review. I was a very satisfied shopper.
