I didn't care for the Sales Representative. She stopped helping me in the middle of the sale and starting assisting another customer. The car was not cleaned properly. In the being I asked if we could run everything before I arrived so the purchase wouldnt take long. She replied No. They ran my credit through too many banks and I ask them not to because I was already preapproved through Capital one bank. Sales person was very pushy and barely let me take my time with the car. We barely got back to from test drive and he wanted m registration and information to start playing with numbers. I didn't like that experience at all.
