After two weeks and 4-5 phone calls with no return calls I’m done. Price of vehicle was okay so I held onto hope. But obviously hertz is going out of business for a reason. Staff doesn’t respond. They have cars listed they said they sold but are on the lot available a week later?? They obviously have a lot of communication problems. The excuse is always they are busy. Then hire staff. This was a very good experience, I wasn't pressured & Eddie was very knowledgeable in what I described would be the best fit for my daughter, Eddie came up with 3 vehicles that would work for us. Highly recommend Eddie Maiden for your next automobile.

In response to my three (3) questions I received a form letter inviting a call to set an appointment, and to write or call with any questions. I responded with disappointment at not having my questions addressed. No further response from dealer. I suggest they refrain from any responses if they are so busy they can not do better than this!
