Stinky smoker's car, which was not mentioned in the phone call nor in the car's description on the Hertz web site. Drove the car, which is when we learned, from respiratory distress, that it was a smoker's car. This was not a retired Hertz car, it was one Hertz took as a trade-in. Didn't know they do that. Didn't buy the car. Hertz sells "where is, as is" only, including their own cars, and only for full payment, with no warranty. A little far from me which wasn’t bad and their customer service was kind. Unfortunately the car I asked about was sold earlier that day. Seemed communication from management to sales floor to internet sales was a little off that day. Test drove it and all to see it go home with someone else lol. Otherwise I’m sure I would have purchased it. I would still suggest them overall.

The lot was so full of cars I felt as if I was about to get hit any minute. When we got in the car to test drive we sat there waiting for a path to clear so we could drive out and the people in the road just parked and went inside. I gave the keys back and left. They should rethink the no haggle pricing and sell more cars for space.

Really like my new car. There were a couple of little issues with it once I got it home and they had me go to my local PepBoys because they partner with them and they took care of it. Corey was great to deal with!
