Impossible to not get LDW? What!?!? Stuck with paying it for 2 days since the counter rep wouldn't adjust my rez. In Columbus the next morning, they took it right off. Birmingham offered terrible service from the get-go.

Quick and easy Gold Member pickup, very nice FS Malibu. Returned 5 days later with Rapid Drop Off. Great service, Great Vehicle. Hertz had never let me down.
