This has been the worst experience from any rental car company I have ever had. From start to finish this has been a nightmare. I had the unfortunate encounter with the Las Vegas airport return center that charges for another day for being slightly late even though I had confirmed that my rental was extended. The associate at the counter was completely incompetent, rude, and claimed her 29 years of experience was enough for her to know that nothing can be done.
