All of the guys up there were super kind- but I wasn't given many options on a car. They pushed this car pretty hard on me. I now understand. The car is lemon. multiple guys worked with us on paper work so it was a bit confusing and a warranty was never offered. they were too concerned about finding the missing land rovers keys at the time. not even a month into me owing the car- the entire AC system went out . they refused to help or anything. they said they offered me a warranty when they didn't. my husband also will agree... read more

These guys are really outstanding. One of the only car sales places I've been where I felt comfortable. They are honest and very knowledgeable. We've gotten a couple of cars from them and it was truly an enjoyable experience both times. Definitely recommend Lee and Hertel Auto Group!
