These guys are wonderful! I'd like to personally thank them for catching an injury that was overlooked by doctors and needed urgent care. They really do treat their customers like family!
I've been going to Hertel and Brown in Warren twice a week for a month. A month ago I felt like I would never walk again. Today Darbee showed me how much progress I've made and showed me that I can, in fact, walk perfectly well again-I'm almost there already! The staff in Warren have been kind and encouraging and I just cannot say enough good things about them all. I'd recommend them to anyone.
Hertel and Brown is a great place to go if you're hurt and need help getting back to your normal routine. I had to go to get help with my si joint and since my first step in the door, everyone has been super nice and helpful. Front desk staff are always smiling and the pt staff are always helpful and informative. I have even brought my son and daughter in when they had knee and back issues. I highly recommend this business if you are ever in need!! Great bunch of people!!
I'm wanted to share with you, Jenny Doyle, my physical therapist, from Hertel & Brown on Buffalo Road Harborcreek office. She is fabulous. She knew exactly what wrong with me. Six weeks ago I walked in there hunched over, couldn't walk a city block and now I'm walking 2 miles in a day. She listen to you, to find out where your problem lie. I had been in physical therapy before without success. I am so pleased with Jenny Doyle and Hertel and Brown, I just wanted to share with my Facebook family. Sincerely, Diane Porter

i broke my ankle back in May and i've been coming to physical therapy in harbor creek for two months now. I was really nervous to start walking, but Jenny has been with me since i first came and she's made me so comfortable. I'm now up and walking and feeling so much better. Highly recommend her !
