I’ve been with Hertel & Brown off and on for approx. ten years. They really do treat everybody like family! Mike and Aaron are super down to earth and easy to talk to. Both are very skilled PT’s and they work to get you better! All of the techs are super friendly and front desk staff are great !😊 This is the only place I rec for physical therapy ! Great job Mike, Aaron, and the rest of Hertel & Brown staff! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Amazing knowledgeable staff. From the receptionist to the owner, everyone is so nice, caring, and compassionate. They work around my difficult schedule with my daughter and are always quick to accommodate. They truly focus on the patient and the goals of the patient
My therapist Jamie is awesome! In two therapy sessions I’ve come farther than I thought I would. I totally would and will recommend Hertel and Brown Physical and Aquatic Therapy... 5 ⭐️ place staff is super friendly and very professional ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
After the first session it was a complete waste of time. They billed me and the insurance company for stuff they didn’t do and didn’t even tell me they were doing so.
All the staff at the Harborcreek Location were amazing! So helpful and kind. Sarah took amazing care of me every time I was there and I feel so much better about my shoulder and neck. Sarah also taught me how to manage my headaches, which was so helpful. I will never recommend another physical therapy place to anyone I know, Hertel and Brown is the best!
I had a bad fall from a horse and was unable to ride anymore and was in a lot a pain with my usual day to day activities. I started physical therapy in October 2017 and my last day was today in June 2018. My doctor was very unsure if I would be able to ride horses again but with the help Hertel and Brown, I'm able to ride again completely pain free!!! I went to the facility on peach st by furmans cider mill. They were amazing and Im thrilled with the level of care they provided. Thank you Hertel and Brown!!!!
For the first time in several years, I was able to sleep pain free! I was getting frustrated because after therapy, I am in a lot of pain. I came home expecting to be in pain. IM NOT! I usually give up very easy, but this time there is absolutely no giving up! Thank you Jackie and west Erie plaza! And especially for not giving up on me! I have a very long way to go, but it's looking up!
