The Hertel and Brown Fairview office was amazing! They are all really attentive and very informed and all do such an amazing job on the clients in the office. They all seem to know everyone that walks through the door and can all help with the clients if one of them is busy. They work great as a team and it’s very refreshing to see! Even Sue, the receptionist, does such a great job paying attention to the needs of the clients and is so friendly. You can tell they all love their jobs!

Everybody at Fairview seems cross-trained so that everybody can fill in where needed. Sue at the front counter is great. Erin, Zac, Shelby and Tori have all treated me great and I see improvement every time I visit. I've had PT before and would never go anywhere else. 5 stars!
I cannot say enough good things about Hertel and Brown Physical Therapy! I want to them nearly 2 years ago after foot surgery and when I found myself facing shoulder surgery, I knew that this would be where I would go for PT. All the therapists as well as the techs are always so friendly and helpful.
