Highly recommend Willowood is a very quiet, safe community. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in Frankfort. The location is great for shopping and dining. It's also just seconds away from I-64. Tracy works very hard to keep Willowood safe for her residents and is always willing to go the extra mile!
Happy Tenant I enjoy living in Willowood. It is quite and no one bothers you. I love that I can have my dog here. If there is ever an issue with anything in my apartment the maintenance team is quick to respond and always coordinates with you.
Highly recommend The Manager Tracy is great to work with. She is always smiling. Moving in was smooth. She and the maintenance guy Steve are great to work with. They care about the tenants. Highly recommend!

Couldn't be happier! Tracy has been an amazing land lady! Made our move in smooth, calm and easy!! We are right next to three schools, background checks are very thorough and the community is open and kind. We are thrilled to be here. There is a laundry room on site, but also available are units with washer dryer hook ups which we chose and are loving! The utility room in our apartment is spacious even with the washer dryer installed. Steve in maintenance is very helpful and quick to respond to issues. We feel at home!
Spacious, close to... (Verified Renter) Spacious, close to public transportation and grocery/food/services/freeway, back units are private with lots of bird activity, I'm sure the year round heated pool is lovely though I have not been able to use it yet to confirm (understandable with COVID-19), Amazon Locker access, kitchen storage space and pantry are awesome.
