DONT DO IT Me and my family have been living here for a couple of months. There is one huge factor that makes this place horrible, THE PARKING! If you have more then one car you are screwed. There is literally no parking available after 7pm and the management always shrugs it off. People have to park their cars on the fire lanes because there is no parking on literally the WHOLE apartment complex. The worst part about it is that when there is literally no other option then to park on the fire lanes (that are everywhere there... read more
It's a great... (Verified Renter) It's a great location, with several restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Also, the layout of the 1 bedrooms provide a lot of kitchen space, so it is far better for those who like to cook than the typical galley kitchens

(Verified Renter) I would recommend the apartment living because of the friendly and professional office and maintenance staff that responds immediately to request made to make the living experience here a quality and favorable experience. I hear this from all other tenants I have visited with on the property.
I am dissatisfied... (Verified Renter) I am dissatisfied with the way the parking situation is going. The other day I got a sticker placed on my driver's side window stating I needed to move my parking pass from inside my car to the outside of the rear window. I did that. But the sticker the parking attendant put on my car is not coming off completely and it blocks my view of cars from my side view mirror. This sticker has made driving unsafe especially where it was placed. It will take time to completely remove the sticker ... read more
Its very close... (Verified Renter) Its very close to freeways, and shopping for living needs, as well as the water and downtown Kirkland, relatively quiet community the year round pool is a great plus. downsides are that parking is still a slight issue, sometimes hard to get in and out of the lot because 124th is such a busy road. WSG is not included in price and rent is often $100-150 more than advertised, just FYI for when shopping around
