Great Apartment Complex I have had a great experience at Willowood. Apartments are clean and kept up. The tenant makes everyone feel safe and secure within the property and does a great job of keeping things up. I highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.
Safe and accessible I moved to Frankfort from the Cincinnati area. The process from the application to moving in was made easy by the amazing property manager. The property has always been safe, quiet and well kept. I have nothing but great things to say. Not to mention almost everything you would need is just minutes away from your front door.
Absolutely Beautiful! Willowood is a beautiful community to live in. I loved my time living there. It’s a clean and quiet community. It’s also very safe. I felt completely safe living alone thanks to the manager and wonderful neighbors around me.

Safe, Quiet and Secluded. Close to Everything We have been here at Willowood for 7 years and this place is very quiet and secluded. Situated very close to all shopping and dining and could walk to them if you wanted to. Close to the Interstate 64. Elementary, Middle and High Schools are literally located across the street. If you like quiet and seclusion, then Willowood is the place for you.
Your next Home I’ve been living at Willowood apartments for 5 years now, and I love it here. Willowood has a wonderful leasing manager, Tracy, who is pleasant and helpful, and will assist you with any questions you may have. It was obvious... (Verified Renter) It was obvious by the quick response the bldg. takes the needs of the residents and upkeep of the units seriously.
Very nice place! Rent was great, the manager was very nice and attentive to her tenants, the people and community are quite peaceful as well!
