Absolutely Beautiful! Willowood is a beautiful community to live in. I loved my time living there. It’s a clean and quiet community. It’s also very safe. I felt completely safe living alone thanks to the manager and wonderful neighbors around me.

Safe, Quiet and Secluded. Close to Everything We have been here at Willowood for 7 years and this place is very quiet and secluded. Situated very close to all shopping and dining and could walk to them if you wanted to. Close to the Interstate 64. Elementary, Middle and High Schools are literally located across the street. If you like quiet and seclusion, then Willowood is the place for you.
Your next Home I’ve been living at Willowood apartments for 5 years now, and I love it here. Willowood has a wonderful leasing manager, Tracy, who is pleasant and helpful, and will assist you with any questions you may have. Very nice place! Rent was great, the manager was very nice and attentive to her tenants, the people and community are quite peaceful as well!
Great, quiet place to live Apartments are well kept, no issues with the neighbors, and Tracy was great to deal with. Has a lot of room for taking your dog out or on a walk! Great location, about 15 minutes from downtown Frankfort. Very close to a lot of different shopping and food options. I really like the set up of the apartments and only moving to be closer to work.
