Great, quiet place to live Apartments are well kept, no issues with the neighbors, and Tracy was great to deal with. Has a lot of room for taking your dog out or on a walk! Great location, about 15 minutes from downtown Frankfort. Very close to a lot of different shopping and food options. I really like the set up of the apartments and only moving to be closer to work.

Studio I've lived in my studio apartment here for 3 years. Haven't had many issues, all of which maintenance fixed perfectly fine. It's cute and homey, all you can ask for from a studio. Friendly neighborhood and landlord, she's always there to help with anything you need.
Highly recommend! This apartment for the price and location is amazing you are close to everything. The neighborhood is very quiet and maintenance is quick to help. I had a one bedroom and it worked perfect!
Great Apartment I lived here for several years after moving from a different apartment, and was very impressed with Willowood. Any issues I had requiring maintenance were taken care of quickly. The staff is very friendly, and the community is amazing. I would highly recommend giving Willowood a look if you're considering moving into the area.
This place is a joke This place is full of black mold they used wall paper to cover it up I moved out it’s just not livable I hated this apartment they didn’t even care that there was so much mold in the walls
Wonderful place to live I highly recommend this community to anyone, the maintenance is prompt, Tracy is very prompt with answering any inquiries that I send. Very quiet very clean very nice community
