Parking is clearly... (Verified Renter) Parking is clearly a major issue at this complex and makes me hesitant to move here. Amenities seem nice and things are updated. Things seem to be priced well and the location is good.

The gym could... (Verified Renter) The gym could be a lot better. But for the size it is okay. There'??s random mold in certain places that we have to actively clean so it doesn'??t become a bigger issue. Does the complex have mold treatment services?
Truly horrible parking... (Verified Renter) Truly horrible parking situation. Anytime friends or family came to stay with us they could not find parking. People did not want to stay with us because it became so challenging to find parking. Would recommend based on excellent maintenance head - he was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable about how to fix issues. The apartment was also a very clean place with good space and light. We enjoyed living there.

Very clean overall... (Verified Renter) Very clean overall appearance. Space was ample. Appliances were nice and new. Things didn't feel 'thrown together'.
I would reccomend... (Verified Renter) I would reccomend because the staff are very friendly and the floorplans are fairly nice. Its a bit expensive and the crime with car breakins are worrying, but if they're willing to risk it, I'd reccomend it.
Moisture retention causes... (Verified Renter) Moisture retention causes mold to constantly grow in windows whether left open or closed. The insulation probably needs work, but other than that health hazard it's a good affordable place.
