I went in for their free jewelry with a piercing offer and everything was great at first. I get back home and my industrial was hurting quite a bit, but I assumed it was normal. Come 2 weeks later, I have a huge gash in the middle of my inner ear. Apparently my ear is not good for the industrial. The reason I do not recommend this place is because I messaged them on facebook just to see if they could help me (just asking if I should take out the peircing or come back in). Just got a piercing today and the piercer (sorry forgot your name already) was just absolutely wonderful, she talked though the whole thing making it an easier nearly painless process and answered all my questions.
I have gotten two tattoos from Jake and I love them both. Everyone is always so friendly!

Got 2 piercings with a friend today. Got in about 12:15 and made an appointment at 12:45 got in early and Lacy (not sure if spelled right) helped us pick what we wanted and was so nice!! Will definitely go back there 😊
I saw Caity today and am so happy with how my tattoo came out! Heroic Ink as a whole were doing amazing with sanitizing everything and taking other precautions for Covid-19. Absolutely recommend going there. I know I will be going to Caity again for my next tattoo.
