Matt was so kind to our scared 9 yr old when we brought her in to get her ears pierced. We were so impressed. And they were even playing Disney music. 😄
I'd give 6/5 stars! I got my first facial piercing done by Matt and he kept me calm and I didn't even feel it. My fiance and roomate also re-pierced their lips and they had nothing but great reviews too. Definitely making a trip to Ames whenever I get my tattoos or if I get another piercing.
