Hero Jan.21,2026 I have had 2 unrelated visits to Hero Medical at Crescent City Beach Florida. The facility is immaculate and the doctor and staff have great people skills. Cassie is perpetual motion and her friendliness and professionalism is paramount. Went in for the stem cell procedure after years of enduring pain. Before the procedure, walking was horrible, each step was like being stabbed. My knee looked like it had a softball where the knee should be. 5 weeks post op and I am completely pain free and the swelling is 90% down. Its nothing short of miraculous. Everyone there is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and personable. It was one of the best choices I've ever made. 100% recommend.
