Service top notch. Needed my stainless watched buffed and no other jeweler I went to had heard of such a thing. Bought some jewelry while I was there too. Very unique and beautiful.

Herkner's exceeded my expectations. As a former longtime employee at a jewelry store, I was impressed with Jessica's assistance and creativity. She was able to work with me on finding a unique and creative solution for the ring desired. It was also extremely helpful to be able to do everything by email considering we had a tight time frame. Herkner's inventory and Jessica's ability to find what was needed helped get just the ring we needed. I'd highly recommend Herkner's.
Stopped in for a watch resizing and left impressed! Beautiful store with antiques representing its 150 years of serving Grand Rapids. Even more impressive was leaving without being charged. Pure class! We'll be back when the next jewelry need/want arises!
I have a vintage ring that needed to be re-shanked. It was already resized and quoted from another local place. Come to find out the ring had three breaks in it from poor band reconstruction from the other place and I was quoted way too high too make the band thicker. Also, the time line didn't not fit what I was looking for. I was referred by a friend to see Jessica at Herkner jewelers. She was very pleasant and took care of me right away. I had a previous issue that left me feeling not so great, but then the staff called me back and responded very quickly to my concerns. They went above and beyond to make sure the situation was handled and made me feel a revived sense of appreciation from Herkners! Great place with staff that cares!! Would recommend to anyone!!
