RecommendedSuch a remarkable store! While we’ve been doing business with them for 2-generations, our most important was the resizing of my husbands wedding ring after an accident this summer! Randy took wonderful care of us and the bench jeweler did incredible work. Wouldn’t trust anyone but Herkner’s to handle such a sensitive situation as this. Sincere thanks from the bottom or our hearts. His ring fits perfectly now even though his finger grew 2 sizes.
I cannot recommend Herkner’s enough! They are so friendly and amazing to work with, every time you walk in you’re greeted by name and feel like family! My family has been going there for years for any ring repairs, so it was a natural choice to get my engagement ring and our wedding bands here! Absolutely in love with our rings and the quality that Herkner’s provides!
Randy did not do my family right after we spent a lot of money there.
Love this beautiful and intimate store—Took my broken necklace clasp in and it was IMMEDIATELY fixed for free with a smile-and no, the necklace was not theirs—that is fantastic customer service. I have bought beautiful gifts there before, and their products are always lovely and appropriately priced! Thank you, Herkners!!

I recently went to see Roxane with a ring issue. I had taken it to another local jeweler and they had messed my grandmothers ring up badly. I didn’t think I was going to be able to get the ring back to the same because of all the damage that was done. Roxane took time with me, and as I explained how the ring used to look she took notes. I have to say, Jessica was amazing throughout the entire process. She was extremely attentive and creative. As an LGBT � couple, she was very welcoming and left us feeling completely supported and respected. We would highly recommend her. My fiancé loves the detail in her custom ring!

This place is fantastic! I had broken a necklace chain link, and Roxanne fixed it on the spot and checked to make sure the rest was in good condition! Super friendly and great service. While we were waiting, I looked around and saw lots of cute and stylish stuff. I think we’ll be back next time we have a milestone anniversary 😊
