I personally had the worst customer service here while looking for an engagement ring last year. We were clear that we were looking for something that didn’t have a diamond as a center stone, they just aren’t my thing at all. Only to have our salesman insist I wanted a diamond and keep showing me diamonds. When I wanted to see something out of a case he insisted they were all out of our price range when I could clearly see several items well within our budget. Phenomenal staff, and stunning jewelry! Jessica was so kind and helpful, and helped my fiancé and I find the perfect ring.
My fiancé chose Herkner and I seriously couldn’t be happier! Everyone is so sincere and helpful! Jessica helped us when we brought in my engagement ring to be sized down. When I told her I was sad to have to leave it and I had only been engaged for a week she made sure to get it done quicker. Little did I know it ended up being 24 hours later! Randy helped my fiancé with picking my ring, and he is awesome as well. I will be back in the future and will recommend them to anyone I know!
