I purchased my car here ~ 1.5 years ago. After a significant struggle with the ever changing management over a scratch on my car I finally got things resolved. They told me that they have gone through significant management changes and the general manager was fired in the middle of my discussions with him. Unfortunately, I'm not sure that things have gotten that much better.
