Service here was average but when heritage took it over it became horrible. I have never received my car back in under 3hrs no matter how simple the service was. Wanna try service express with no appointment... don't bother. They told me it would be 3-4hrs for an oil change. They had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to wait... really. Never returning again.
I had a very good experience a friend had told me about Volkswagen and it wasn’t my choice of car at first so I said to myself ok I’ll give it a try I called and spoke to Abdul he was very nice and informative when I got to the dealership i was introduced to Brenden he took me on a test drive in a 2018 Passat I instantly loved it I Brendan was very patient and kind and was able to get out in a timely manner if I do decide to get another car which won’t be anytime soon I will definitely be going back to Volkswagen.
Bought my new used car it was a quick and easy process wasn't there long like your typical car shop. Found the car I wanted got a deal on it along with financing. Justin was a great help. Loving my new car ! :)
