Extremely disappointed with Heritage since the change over to MileOne. I've purchased all of my cars from there, and have never been turned down for help when stranded with my car. What a shame.

Avoid going to Heritage to buy your car. I made the mistake of purchasing my car from Richie. He was unprofessional during the sales process and due to a mistake he made, he has now been hounding me for over 3 months for documentation he knows does not exist. I had my 2012 Jetta GLI Autobahn Edition serviced yesterday. I arrived about 15 minutes early for my appointment. The service writer who to me was rude said just because you got here early doesn't mean it's going to get done amy faster. Did I mention I thought she was rude. Anyway after a hour and 45 minute she comes back and says your car looks good all you need is a air filter and a cabin filter to the tune of almost 200 dollars. Not today thank you very much. Hmmmmmmm Actually the Sales People are Great. I spoke with Lola the internet car sales person. She helped me to find my dream car in June 2016. I had to get my Beetle serviced and they did an EXCELLENT JOB. If you need to get your car serviced call Mr Wolfe he is very professional. Always a Great Experience.
I brought my 2005 Jetta to this location to have it serviced due to the car jerking while driving. When I received my car back the issue was not resolved and the car was still jerking. I was very upset because I paid for services that had not resolved the issue on hand. The General Manager, Shawn Davie, quickly jumped in and came to a resolution that not only benefited the dealership but I walked away a happy customer. I went in not knowing what car to buy. Richie Ramkalawan sat down with me and looked through their inventory until I found the car that I like. He was very easy to work with and answered all of my question through out the process. His excellent customer service is why I was able to buy the car the same day I visited the dealer.
