Brought the car in on 08/13/2020 because several dash lights were on. $750 later I got and oil change, engine & brake flush a new tire put on and all 4 plus one extra dash light has come back on not even a week later! After losing a whole day at work and my vehicle, Samantha suggests I bring my car back for a whole day AGAIN, spend another over $400 for a sensor and then maybe that’ll fix the problem. Let me begin by saying the car itself is fine. Looks good, runs good. Our salesman Kevin was nice as well. But that's where the good part of this experience ends. The finance associate Mike was very strange, he kept dancing and making "DJ noises", making odd jokes, and he described a $2985 extended warranty as "2k and some change". When we saw the actual price we asked him why he emphasized 2k when it's closer to 3k he became rude and defensive. I would love to give this dealership 5 stars. However, due to absolutely terrible customer service, 1 star. I'm active duty military and needed to register my car in Florida. The staff said no problem! I purchased my 2019 VW Tiguan in Oct 2019. It's now March 2020 and the car STILL ISN'T REGISTERED!?!? This process should take at most, a month. The finance department Ms. Carol ripped me off big time. I told her no add on's when I bought my car. She added them in any way. I am a senior citizen I was robbed by Ms.Carol and Heritage Volkswagen. I would not recomend this dealership for anybody thinking of buying a car.
Struggling to find a Dealership that would work with me do to my current credit status I chose Heritage Volkswagen. I cant say how much I appreciate not only that I was able to get the vehicle I wanted on a great deal but also how great they treated my as a customer big thanks to Heritage Volkswagen and Alain Sy.
