Went here for day surgery for my 16month old son. They were wonderful. Everyone was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable. When we took him down to the surgery suite everyone that was going to be in the surgery room with him came and introduced themselves to him and us. My husband I discussed how great we thought everyone was. We really appreciated it. They made a nervous situation for me and my husband into a relaxed situation. It is the best. That is the only hospital i will go.
I got injured while 4 hours from home yesterday and went to the Ohio Valley ER. They were absolutely wonderful! The ER nurse Lanee, as well as the doctor. We were in and out in under an hour and a half and my visit included X-rays, a tetanus shot and 4 staples. I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff!
All the nurses and staff were great loving and caring. Sadly dr. Erin daugherty was extremely short non empathetic and was even rude when I asked for further help explaining my condition. Completely shocked by her acts of unprofessionalism.
The wait is extremely long even after all the test are back..leaving you sit in a room is awful
