I got injured while 4 hours from home yesterday and went to the Ohio Valley ER. They were absolutely wonderful! The ER nurse Lanee, as well as the doctor. We were in and out in under an hour and a half and my visit included X-rays, a tetanus shot and 4 staples. I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff!

All the nurses and staff were great loving and caring. Sadly dr. Erin daugherty was extremely short non empathetic and was even rude when I asked for further help explaining my condition. Completely shocked by her acts of unprofessionalism.

The wait is extremely long even after all the test are back..leaving you sit in a room is awful

I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Samina Naseer and her staff at the Ohio Valley Wound Care Center (Mt. Nebo Commons). In addition to their profound professionalism, they displayed genuine compassion throughout my healing process and promptly returned my phone calls whenever I had questions or concerns. Scheduling was easy and wait times were short. Overall, a sharp contrast to my unsatisfactory experiences with the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
