OVH, you do healthcare right!! From the moment we entered the building til discharged was perfect. OR staff, recovery nurses, to the PT staffer who stayed late on a Friday to not only educate me on crutch safety but, help get me in the car!! This is one very happy patient!! Thank you all
The emergency department is absolutely amazing! I was seen immediately and kept comfortable the whole time.
Should be called death valley 12 days here and discharged with same issues so I'm going to a real hospital shadyside. Don't go to death valley Even for blood work takes three to four people to find out how to do it. Should be shut down by the powers that be. Disgusting place!
I had my first experience yesterday as my daughter received outpatient surgery. Every encounter, the volunteers, awesome nurses, amazing anesthesia team, surgeons and cafe staff were wonderful and professional. I wish we lived closer to utilize in the future!
My son was a patient in the ER yesterday. The staff was excellent they treated him well and were nothing but polite to my wife and I. Our experience was so great I would not hesitate to recommend this hospital to anyone.
Racist!!!!... waited almost 30 mins to be checked in .. then nobody asked if I needed help to get to my room they wouldn't call my mom back to my room. They were rude not one note of concern talked at me not to me..I've filed a formal complaint against Ohio valley hospital. Ended up going to Monroeville East where I was treated with care and kindness.
