This place is a nightmare!! Whatever you do, don’t come here. I’ve never witnessed such unpleasant, unprofessional, and incompetent nurses and aids in my life! My husband was admitted through the ER after having an emergency surgery that wasn’t even necessary, but the ER doctor was very rude and insisted a surgery was needed, when in fact it was not!!!! Once in his room on the 3rd floor after his surgery, things really went downhill. The cleanliness of the room was lacking, and the hospital could use some serious upgrades! 2... read more

My father had a procedure at this hospital. The surgery went well, as did immediate post-op care. However, something went very wrong and it was not communicated to our family and he was released. Needless to say he is back in the hospital, another much better hospital, but his prognosis is grim. No more will be said pending...

The nurses and doctors were nice enough there but being nice doesn’t heal anyone. I won’t say they’ll kill you directly but you will certainly get a complementary drop off on death’s door once they are finished with you.

I was seen at a much better hospital last night. I had pelvic pain and they did a CT and ultrasound RIGHT AWAY. They said I had 2 ovarian cysts. 1 was a complex chocolate cyst that was bleeding. They gave me pain medication and told me to follow up with my OB-GYN. I woke up this morning in excruciating pain and called my OB-GYN. They referred me to an ER right away. For some reason, I came here. It's been 5 hours. I saw the rude doctor ONCE. And they took blood work. I have made several calls to the patient helpline and got ... read more

Once in my entire life have I had a decent experience here. Just walked out after sitting in my room for an hour and not a single person even walked in. That's after 45 minutes to even get to the room. Never again!

My Mom spent eight days in the Willow Geropsychiatric Unit for depression and anxiety. From the time she entered the emergency room until she was discharged yesterday, she received wonderful care from caring and compassionate nurses, her doctor, and social worker. She was safe and well-taken care of each and every day. The nurses were always helpful and answered our questions and concerns. We can't thank them enough for taking good care of our Mom.
