Once in my entire life have I had a decent experience here. Just walked out after sitting in my room for an hour and not a single person even walked in. That's after 45 minutes to even get to the room. Never again!
My Mom spent eight days in the Willow Geropsychiatric Unit for depression and anxiety. From the time she entered the emergency room until she was discharged yesterday, she received wonderful care from caring and compassionate nurses, her doctor, and social worker. She was safe and well-taken care of each and every day. The nurses were always helpful and answered our questions and concerns. We can't thank them enough for taking good care of our Mom. I would like to give recognition to several employees. I was in room 366 and the nurses and aids and even dietician went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Chelsy and Donald from dietary. Denise, Bayer H 5282 and Taylor Humphrey. Aids Andrea and desira. I think they should be recognized for there hard work.
Worst ER ever. Slow and cold hearted. I will never come back here again. I wouldn’t bring my cat here
My daughter went to be treated for a work injury. Person came in saying repeatedly "we're going to take good care of you" told her to take naproxen and flexeril. Stay out of work til Monday (this was wed). THEN asked where it hurt and how it happened. Did absolutely no physical exam, left the room to never be seen from us again. She was handed discharge papers and when we got home we saw her papers said "return to work" with no date. This is a one of the worse hospital I ever been to. I went to the hospital because I have chest pains. The nurse and doctor was okay in the emergency room. I was admitted to the hospital because the pain medication they gave to me wasn't helping me at all. I got up to the heart floor. They did more testing to make sure I am okay. I called the nurse because the pain was getting worse when she finally get to my room. She plain didn't do anything. She just let me sitting there crying in pain.
