The wait is extremely long even after all the test are back..leaving you sit in a room is awful
I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Samina Naseer and her staff at the Ohio Valley Wound Care Center (Mt. Nebo Commons). In addition to their profound professionalism, they displayed genuine compassion throughout my healing process and promptly returned my phone calls whenever I had questions or concerns. Scheduling was easy and wait times were short. Overall, a sharp contrast to my unsatisfactory experiences with the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
The nurse's are outstanding. I am always treated well. They go out of there way to make me feel comfortable. I have had VERY bad experiences at other Hospitals.
I love they rehabilitation department the therapist are the best they listen to you and your pain
I went to the er yesterday and have to give a shout out to Lanee my er nurse. She was absolutely fabulous! Within 5 minutes of my arrival she had me on an iv all my blood work drawn and prepped and ready for the doctor. I have never experienced such great care. The doctor came in shortly after and had my meds ordered and me feeling better in no time. The OVH er has seriously stepped up their game. The whole staff was great but Lanee was the best! Most of the are lazy the main going to get off work as soon as I can they were real disrespectful and would not answer call Button. I have after several different things and they all say they're going to bring it they never did. The room's always nasty with little blood gause pads all over the floor. Some of the nurses for real good and real nice but the majority or horrible I can go on for days I will not come back here again
