Dear Heritage Health Staff, I wanted to give you my sincerest thanks regarding my visits on May 7th & 14th, 2014. From the time I entered the building and spoke with the staff at the front desk, to the time I left, I was treated with professionalism and kindness. Most medical facilities I've visited are sterile, stale and stuffy. Your smiles, kind words and friendliness are a breath of fresh air!
