The worst apartment complex in Tallahassee. Maintenance requests take weeks if not months to fulfill, the foundation is falling apart, and the pest problem is disgusting. They’ll give you lip service all day to get rid of you but action won’t be taken until the absolute last minute, save yourself the trouble.
Heritage Grove is very aggressive in collecting late fees. Rent was due on Friday. The holiday was yesterday. We paid today. Forty dollar late fee on $510.00 rent. Automated e-mail when rent is due. No automated follow-up reminder (of course). On the other hand, Heritage Grove delivered an apartment to my daughter that should have had a cleaner air conditioning system and a non-leaking toilet. These problems were reported last Thursday. Repaired yet? Nope. Any promise of when the repairs will be done? No.
