Idk about the sales department but the service department is one of the best I ever came in counter with.
Not a good experience today at Heritage Cadillac. I called in the day before and spoke to Carlos about their lease advertisement on the 2015 CTS. This morning i went in and Carlos showed us 4 cars available for that lease, we picked one and test drove it. When we went back inside the price for the lease went up from $347 as advertised to $499. Their reason is that they dont want to lose $ on new leases and they can do $347 only on one car, which wasn't even available for us to see. The car that i had inquiried from the day b... read more
