Only worth a ZERO. Continued poor service and continued inability to repair my car right the FIRST time. My first visit my car leaked no fluids today it leaks volumes. Sadly the service department throws part after part at the car and makes the problem WORSE every visit. A complete and total EMBARRASSMENT to the GM / Cadillac family.
I was blown away with the treatment I received dealing with Lou Scapellato and James Bechtold. It was a pleasure negotiating with both of them on my Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit trade-in.
