“AVOID THIS PLACE “A great place if you like being charged for warranty issues. Washed the car, when I asked “NOT” to be four times. And really didn’t like how I was treated, they make you feel like you do not belong there unless you have a 3pc suit and a Rolex.
I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from Heritage Cadillac a few weeks ago and had it shipped to me in Charlotte, NC. I was told that there was a brand new soft top still in the box included with the sale, but when the Jeep arrived, that was not so. While there was a soft top, it was not in the box and was in terrible condition with large tears and splotches all over it. I called back and spoke to the manager about it, and sent pictures of the poor condition when it arrived, but he refused to replace it with a new one or offer ... read more
